Composites or Collages - What's the correct term - Brooklyn Children's Photographer

Many times I'm asked, what's really the difference between the 2?  What is a composite?, what is a collage?  Well,  check this out.
According to answers.com a "Composite" is defined as the following: A photograph made by combining two or more separate photographs.
A collage is defined by Wikipedia as: A collage (From the French: coller, to glue) is a work of formal art, primarily in the visual arts, made from an assemblage of different forms, thus creating a new whole.

So...... basically it all boils down to the same thing.  Taking numerous images & combining them into 1 final work of art.

Here are some new samples of my _____________ composite or collage  (call it whatever you like ).

Check out my other samples under the "COMPOSITES" category.
